These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ph333 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "member"). ph333 provides an online gaming and casino service for users in Bangladesh.

The key definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the ph333 website and all associated services and features.
• "Account" refers to a member's registered personal gaming account.
• "Real Money" refers to the amount deposited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to credits granted under promotional offers.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered to make bonus funds withdrawable.

3.1 Registration Process

The information you provide when opening an account must be truthful, accurate and complete. Registering with false information may result in the account being closed immediately and any funds held in that account being forfeited.

3.2 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your ph333 Login credentials (username and password) entirely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to ph333 immediately.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts under the same person, family, home address, device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all associated accounts being closed and funds forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at ph333 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Each withdrawal request is generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

ph333 reserves the right to reject or investigate any suspicious transaction. In cases involving money laundering, fraud or other illegal activity, ph333 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and place funds on hold.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must be wagered 25 times (25x) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer must be claimed within a specified time limit.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless clearly stated in the terms.
• A portion of bets placed with bonus funds may not count toward the wagering requirement in certain games.
• ph333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer — advance notice will be given where possible.
• If evidence of bonus system abuse or manipulation is found, the relevant account may be closed.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ph333 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games offered on the platform are operated by accredited software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming and NetEnt).

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.

6.3 Gaming Decisions

• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Higher tiers can be reached gradually through active gameplay. ph333 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

ph333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Evidence of an account being operated in another person's name or on another person's behalf.
• Extended periods of inactivity (the inactivity policy will be communicated separately).

You may also request to close your own account at any time. If any legitimate funds remain after account closure and no breach of terms has occurred, those funds will be returned.
